This class is designed to use the best elements of strength training, yoga class, and the most effective fitness techniques. Everyone, first time beginners, to the experienced, will gain strength, and flexibility.
Health benefits include, lowering stress, blood pressure, and pulse rate, improved circulation, improves lung function, brain function, and increase immunity.
Move through the workout at your own level and pace. Modifications are always available. This is what you've been looking for to bring balance to your mind and body.
Bring a mat, two 3 to 7lb hand weights, water, a 7-inch ball and your commitment to a stronger healthier you!
