Description
Non-school Club Team open to participants entering grades 7-12 for the 2025/2026 school year.
Team meets throughout the summer to improve fitness, speed & endurance through running, lifting & strength training. Athletes participating in Fall sports such as Cross Country & Soccer will be well prepared for their school season. Coached by Elizabeth Bibza & Chris Ickes.
Team meeting locations, cadence and times are determined by participant preferences, but usually 2-3 times per week in the morning. Locations are local parks: Frohring Meadows, Polo Fields, South Chagrin Shelterhouse, West Woods, etc.
First practice will be held at 8am on Wednesday, June 11th at Frohring Meadows.
