Description:
Starting September 9, 2019 - June 4h, 2020, this after-school
group provides 5th grade students with a CERC membership the
opportunity to utilize the CERC gyms for a mixture of structured
and unstructred free play. Students will also be given the
opportunity to work on their homework in our upstairs lobby.
Registration is required and students must check in each day
they attend. School days only (no early release, weekends or
non school days)
To utilize the "CERC Perk 5", please note the following

Students must check in at the front desk each day they attend.
Once checked in, students will be given a wristband that they
are required to wear while in the CERC facilitiy.
Students will behave in a positive manner and follow directions
as given by all CERC staff.
Students will be respectful to peers, staff, other members and
property.
School district expectations will be followed.
Those that do not follow above expectations will be handled on a
case-bycase stituation.
Consquences may include:
Verbal warning ? parent notification
Suspension of membership for 1 day up to 2 weeks
