Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by a tennis teaching professional. If you've never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis.
Goals: Get fit have fun with Cardio Tennis, Burn calories & Train for Tennis.
Notes:
** Parking**
Parking is located inside the Medici underground lot off of 7th St, next to the Sandwich Joint.
(1) Pull up to parking garage gate and press the intercom button. State your name and that you're a taking a tennis class. (2) A guard will buzz you in, after confirming your name is on a class roster (3) Walk across the street and enter the Medici through the upper sales office. Sign-in, and walk down to the tennis courts.
What to bring: Sporting attire, tennis racket & water. Rackets may also be purchased at the first class.
