Description: 

Prerequisites: Approximately NTRP 4.0-5.0

Duration: 1.5 hours

Goals: Instruction is minimal and players should be kept moving and hitting as much as possible. Drills and games should emphasize and encourage aggressive, strategic play.

20% Instruction / 80% Live-ball games
