Balance is important for people of all ages. It tones the legs, strengthen your feet, ankle and knees. It is also one of the natural way to firm up the core and your gluteus muscles. Balance is known as the best practice for fall prevention, but it is also a wonder practice for your brain health. When balance is done in an integral way, it stimulates our brain neurons and sensory organs that are responsible for the longevity of our memory and cognitive functions. A smart balance can help to harmonize your mood and upgrade your mental alertness.

Stretching keeps you body health, increases the blood flow of your muscles, it is a great stress relief and can calm your mind. In this special series, Katerina will teach you how to enhance your overall performance in your body and mind, and cultivate a sense of equilibrium and confidence.

Katerina Wen, M.Ed. is a registered Somatic educator and therapist. She is also a master yoga teacher with 25 years of expertise. You will learn a lot, and always leave the class with a big smile on your face!
