Description

Participants 18 and older who have little or no experience in the water or have a fear of the water. Participants may or may not be able to submerge under water. This class is held mostly in shallow water with only limited introduction to deep water.

Notes

Thank you for enrolling in our swimming classes! Please take note of the following important information:

Attire: All participants must wear appropriate swimwear (swimsuit or trunks) for safety and comfort.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled class to ensure you get the most out of your session.
Receipt: Remember to bring your receipt to each class as proof of enrollment.
Goggles: While goggles are optional, we strongly encourage learning to swim without them for better water confidence and technique.
Towel: Don't forget to bring a towel for drying off after your swim.
Locker Rooms: Locker rooms are available for changing and showering before and after your swim.
Pre-swim Rinse: All swimmers must do a 30-second rinse in the shower before entering the pool to maintain water cleanliness and hygiene.
