Description: 

Martin Luther King is observed on the third Monday of January, but what does that mean? Test your knowledge the day before with our self-guided MLK Hike! Pick up a quiz at the Earth Discovery Center anytime between 1pm-5pm, and head out for an easy ½ mile hike to see if you can discover the answers. Enjoy the peace of the forest in winter as you read some of Martin Luther King's many memorable words and learn about his life and legacy.

If the weather forecast is not too windy we'll leave the signs up through Monday, January 18th as well. The Earth Discovery Center will be closed for the holiday - restrooms are available at the Marina.
