Description

Learn Tai Chi for Arthritis Form. Tai Chi is a gentle flowing exercise that focuses on mindfulness and breathing. This class will increase balance, leg strength and coordination while imposing minimal impact on the joints. You will learn part 1 of the form during this session. Options available for those who need to remain seated for part or all of the class. Register 7 days in advance.
