Description

Tuesdays 1:00pm - 3:00pm

This exciting new studio class focuses on the fundamentals of drawing and the challenge of watercolor painting. The class provides beginners with an excellent foundation in creating 2D art. More experienced, and professional painters, are challenged to perfect their craft, and develop a body of work.

Your instructor, Elizabeth, is an experienced professional artist and teacher, trained in both Classical Realism and Contemporary painting methods. All students receive individual direction and critique, a weekly lesson, and plenty of hands-on painting time. Lessons include tools and techniques, drawing skills, composition, color theory and mixing, techniques with watercolor and more!

Your instructor guides the class through drawing exercises, introducing a new concept each week, and then moves on to work with watercolor. More experienced students are encouraged to draw and paint in the style they prefer to create original art.

Register today, and enjoy painting!
