Thursdays 2:00pm - 4:00pm
This fine arts class introduces homeschool students to the exciting world of wheel-thrown pottery. In our fully equipped Children’s Clay Studio, students will learn the foundational techniques of centering, opening, and shaping clay on the potter’s wheel to create functional and artistic forms.
Students will also explore surface design and glazing methods that add color, texture, and personality to their work. With step-by-step instruction and plenty of hands-on practice, they will gain confidence in their creative abilities and develop a clear understanding of three-dimensional art and tactile surface techniques.
Please wear an old t-shirt to class. Clay included in class fee.

Registration will not be pro-rated after classes have begun.
A written notice of one week must be given before the start of the first class if you wish to cancel. Registration changes and cancellations will incur an administrative fee of $40.
We reserve the right to cancel a class for lack of participants. Cancellation of classes due to insufficient enrollment will be made one (1) business day before the first class. We reserve the right to substitute an instructor if necessary.
