Tuesdays 6:30pm - 9:00pm
This class is your next step, once you've had a beginner's session, have mastered centering, and can throw a basic cylinder.
This class is best suited for those who have previous wheel throwing experience. Projects will be suggested, but not required and they will be designed for the intermediate potter. Guidance on glazing and all things clay studio related will also be provided.
Pottery class tuition includes a $40 fee, which covers the cost of a 25-lb. bag of clay, glazes, and 2500 cubic inches of glaze firing. Tuition also includes one 2.5 hour open studio slot per week.
Additional clay and open studio time can be purchased from the Education Department. Pottery tools are for sale in the gift shop.

Registration will not be pro-rated after classes have begun.
A written notice of at least one week must be given before the start of the first class if you wish to cancel. Registration changes and cancellations will incur an administrative fee of $40.
We reserve the right to cancel a class for lack of participants. Cancellation of classes due to insufficient enrollment will be made one (1) business day before the first class. We reserve the right to substitute an instructor if necessary.
