Join us for Christmas cheer as it fills the streets of downtown Huntersville!
Help us turn Downtown Huntersville into a one stop Holiday Shop.
Vendor is responsible for providing their own table(s), chair(s), tent(s), and equipment. Huntersville Parks and Recreation will provide a 10’x10’ vendor space. Event information regarding arrival, layout & location are sent two weeks prior to the event date to the email provided on this application. Vendor applications must be submitted and received no later than 1 month prior to the event date to be approved. Due to space restrictions, applicants may be placed to a waiting list for both events and will be notified.
Special Events scheduled for Dec. 4th & 5th results in a higher vendor fee.
In the event COVID 19 restricts us from this larger scale event, there will be a fee adjustment but the market will still run.
Town Center Tree Lighting presented by Pridemore Properties
on Friday, December 4 from 6:00-9:00pm. We will light the tree at 7:00pm
Free activities include: Pictures with Santa in front of the Christmas tree, rides, bounce house, smores, live music and entertainment, and ice sculpture performance. Enjoy local downtown restaurants or snacks including funnel cakes, popcorn, cotton candy & coffee/hot chocolate will be for purchase.
A Huntersville Christmas continues on Saturday, December 5 from 2p-8p with free activities including rides, Ice by Premo ice carving, holiday performances on stage from a variety of local groups, Carolers of Christmas Past, face painting, balloon twisters, Live Nativity at Huntersville Presbyterian Church (5:30pm, 6:15pm), roaming holiday characters, pictures with Santa, letters to Santa, Davidson Jugglers, stories with Mrs. Claus, horse drawn carriage rides, the polar express, Bounce Boot Camp, and more!
Food will be for purchase. Multiple non-profits will be giving out free hot chocolate and goodies around the event as well.
