Description: 

Adult Students will study a standardized curriculum that clearly defines all of the information and techniques required for each level of rank. Regardless if the student is new to the martial arts or has had years of prior training, each individual will find the course of instruction both rewarding and challenging. We work with each student to determine his or her specific goals, and provide each student with the tools necessary to reach those goals.

Additionally, students will:

Build self-confidence
Improve your fitness level
Increase your situational awareness
Push yourself to new limits physically and mentally
Learn a semi-traditional system of Martial Arts that will prepare you for any real world threat you may face
