Tour of Black History Sites in Howard County

Join the Living History and Heritage Program as we explore some of the important sites in Black History within the county. The tour starts with a visit to a few of the historic sites in Ellicott City, including the Ellicott City Colored School, Restores, and then will continue to sites around the county.
