Prisms

This therapeutic recreation program is designed for adults with a dementia-related diagnosis, who may require additional assistance to safely participate in a leisure activity or volunteer opportunity. Prisms provides opportunities social interactions, recreation and leisure pursuits and maintenance of functional abilities while providing extra supports to facilitate aging-in-place. Staff can assist participants with activities of daily living as necessary. All levels of ability are welcome to register. Appropriateness for the program (i.e. ability to meet a participants needs safely) must be determined prior to starting Prisms. Potential participants must complete an intake interview.
