Description
Put the "cool" in your winter during our frozen festival. Delight in our "Snowball Alley," frozen experiments and an ice cream sandwich bar. Take virtual tours of chilly locals, create tracks in the snow, and embark on a guided winter nature walk. Meet cold-blooded creatures and costumed characters from Drama Learning Center and enjoy other winter-friendly fun. Preregistration recommended. Inclement weather date is January 26.

FROZEN FEST REFUND POLICY: To un-enroll from this program call 410-313-0400. Refunds requested before or on December 19 will be given full refund. 20% will be retained for refunds requested December 20- January 3. 50% will be retained for refunds requested January 4- January 12. No refunds will be given the week of or day of the program, January 13- January 19.
FROZEN FEST INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: In the event of inclement weather this event will take place on January 26. Refunds are issued in the event of cancellation, but not if event is rescheduled to published inclement weather date. Your enrollment will automatically transfer to the program's inclement weather date.
Waitlist Policy: If you have been placed on the waitlist you will be contacted by phone or email if a space becomes available. Once contacted you must call and register by the deadline given or the next participant on the waitlist will be contacted and your space will be forfeited.
