Description: 

Swim Fundamentals

Introductory course. Learn fundamental swimming and water safety skills.

Know Before You Go:

  • Children age seven years and younger must have an adult accompanying them in the building at all times.
  • Swim lesson participants are required to wait to enter the pool until given permission by their instructor.
  • Use of the pool outside of your scheduled swim lesson time is not permitted unless you have a SHARC membership or paid the single visit fee. Please refer to the pool schedule for Preschool & Recreation Swim times.
  • Spectators are required to remain in the designated spectator areas during swim lessons.
  • All Gender Changing Rooms are in high demand and we ask swimmers to please change quickly.
  • Swimmers who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper covered by a waterproof, leakproof diaper cover or a swimsuit with a liner.

Notes:
Registrants must withdraw by end of the business day at least four days prior to the start date to receive full credit or refund. Withdrawals made within four days are subject to 25% administrative fee. No credits or refunds after a class has begun. There are no make-up dates for missed classes.
