Jackson Bottom Party Package

• Party Packages must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
• Maximum attendance of 40 people, including non-activity participants.
• Full payment is due up front at the time of reservation.
• The adult listed as the main contact on the reservation is required to stay on premises the entire time.
• You will be allowed to enter the facility at 1:00 PM. Early admission is not permitted.
• You must exit the facility at 4:00 PM. You will not be able to add additional time.
• If your rental is cancelled within 48 hours of the rental date, your entire fee will be forfeited. If your event is cancelled before this timeframe, your rental fees will be returned minus an administrative fee and 25 percent of the total rental fee.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, the City of Hillsboro reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel the facility reservation. In the rare event a cancellation should occur, your rental fees will be refunded in full.

• You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Food and beverages are allowed in the Party Room only.
• Alcoholic Beverages and tobacco products are not permitted during Party Package rentals.
• Balloons must be secured at all times and are limited to the Party Room only.
• All decorations must be free-standing. DO not affix anything to the ceiling, walls, windows, wood sliding doors, tables, chairs, or floor. Tack, nails, staples, putty and tape are prohibited.
• To preserve the integrity of our facility, we do not allow confetti, rice, birdseed, glitter, silly string, dance wax, real flower petals, fog machines, paint, fireworks, sparklers or other similar items.
• The use of live candles or any open flame is prohibited including birthday cake candles. Battery-operated candles are approved for use.

• Your event will be assigned a supervisor who will remain on premises for the duration of your event.
• Tables and chairs will be available for set up after your arrival (some tables may already be set out).
• Party activities must end and clean up must begin at 3:00 PM or 1 hour prior to the end of your rental time. Additional fees will incur if your rental ends late.
• The supervisor will inspect the facility with you and check off the cleaning list at the conclusion of your rental.
