Description

Hidden Creek is now open for parties full of active play!

All party packages are 3 hours (rented time includes all set up and clean up time) and include up to 40 people in the Party Room and activity time in the gymnasium or Kid's Club. Use of play equipment, tables and chairs are included. A Facility Supervisor will be assigned to your rental. Payment for full rental fees due up front at time of registration.

Rental Guidelines

Party Packages must be booked at least 7 days in advance.
Maximum attendance of 40 people, including all non-activity participants.
Some packages have additional activity participant limitations due to space requirements.
Full payment is due up front at the time of reservation.
The adult listed as the main contact on the reservation is required to stay on premises the entire time.
You will be allowed to enter the facility at 4:30 pm. Early admission is not permitted.
You must exit the facility at 7:30 pm. You will not be able to add additional time.
If your rental is cancelled within 48 hours of the rental date, your entire fee will be forfeited. If you event is cancelled before this timeframe, your rental fees will be returned.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the City of Hillsboro reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel the facility reservation. In the rare event a cancellation should occur, your rental fees will be refunded in full.

Rules

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Food and beverages are allowed in the Party Room only.
Alcoholic Beverages and tobacco products are not permitted during Party Package rentals.
Balloons must be secured at all times and are limited to the Party Room only.
All decorations must be free-standing. DO NOT affix anything to the ceiling, walls, window or floor. Tack, nails, staples, putty and tape are prohibited.
To preserve the integrity of our facility, we do not allow confetti, rice, birdseed, glitter, silly string, dance wax, real flower petals, fog machines, fireworks, sparklers or other similar items.
The use of live candles is prohibited, except for birthday cake candles. Battery-operated candles are approved for use.

Set Up & Clean Up

Your event will be assigned a Facility Supervisor who will remain on premises for the duration of your event.
Tables, chairs, and play equipment will be set up by the Facility Supervisor prior to your arrival. Tables will be in a standard arrangement. Renters will be responsible for any specialty table arrangement and for returning tables to original set up at end of event.
Party activities must end and clean up must begin at at 7 pm or 30 minutes prior to the end of your rental time. Additional fees will incur if your rental ends late.
The Facility Supervisor will inspect the facility with you and check off the cleaning list at the conclusion of your rental.

Clean Up Responsibilities

At the end of your rental you are responsible for:

Wiping off and sanitizing tables and chairs
Sweeping Party Room
Returning tables, chairs, toys & play equipment to the location they were in upon your arrival to the facility
Cleaning up any messes created during your rental
Removing all other items you brought in

Equipment Guidelines

You may utilize the following equipment in the Party Room

Hidden Creek does not provide linens, tableware, serving utensils, serving dishes or coffee service equipment. Heating equipment for warming food (such as a crock pot or Sterno) is permitted. Sterno can only be used for its intended use and not for novelty usage (ie: s'mores bar). The use of chocolate fountains is allowed. Activity equipment varies depending on package selection. See Package Descriptions below for more detail.

Package Descriptions

Gymtastic Play Zone Party

Maximum of 20 activity participants permitted in gymnasium. (additional supervising adults permitted)
This package is for infant to 8 years old.

Hop, skip, jump, balance and spin in Hidden Creek's Gymtastic Play Zone, designed to engage your child's physical creativity and body awareness through movement-based free play. All different sorts of age-appropriate play equipment will fill the gymnasium. Active-play is self-led and adult supervision is required. Instruction is not provided.

Sports Party

Maximum of 40 activity participants permitted in gymnasium.
This package is for all ages.

Let's get moving! Have fun while developing cognitive, physical and social skills through the power of play! Choose from Hidden Creek's array of sports equipment and let kids (and adults) run off their energy in our gymnasium! Tee Ball participants need to bring their own gloves. Play is self-led and adult supervision is required. Instruction is not provided.

Sports Equipment: Select up to 3 options at registration. If volleyball or pickleball are selected, maximum is 2 activities due to space restrictions.

Tiny Tots Party

Maximum of 10 activity participants permitted in Kids' Club room.
This package is for infant to 8 years old.

Come party at Hidden Creek's Kids' Club! This whimsical space is perfect for the littlest ones in the family. With an abundance of age-appropriate toys and activities, your tiny tots are sure to keep busy! Play is self-led and adult supervision is required. Instruction is not provided.

Sensory Play Party

Maximum of 10 participants permitted in Kids' Club room.
This package is for infant to 8 years old.

With both active & calming toys, lights, games, and fidgets available, you can engage all of your senses. This is a great play opportunity for kids of all abilities. Play is self-led and adult supervision is required. Instruction is not provided.
