Joins us for Fitness for the Ages workshops, an insightful program designed to explore the unique fitness and challenges of different age groups. This interactive workshop will provide valuable information and practical strategies for optimizing health and fitness at every stage of life. This workshop will address more to female and their changing bodies, but anyone is able to join. Register for any of the sessions which speak to you.
30's: Focus on building a strong foundation through strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and injury prevention.
40’s: Explore the importance of maintaining metabolic health, flexibility and stress management.
50’s: Discuss bone health, muscle preservation, and the role of functional fitness in daily life.
60’s and beyond: Learn about balance, mobility and the importance of staying strong to continue to be as active as possible.
