Description: This class combines both Pilates and Barre Workouts for flexibility, stabilization, toning, strengthening and cardiovascular conditioning. In this class there will be a focus on breathing techniques while moving through a mat sequence workout while strengthening and toning the muscles with resistance bands and basic ballet movements.
