Foil Fencing Camp- Intermediate Session 2

This program introduces new students to fundamentals of modern foil fencing. This includes stretching, footwork, lunging, attack, parry-riposte, strategy, tactics, technique, and bouting. Fencing improves hand-eye coordination, agility, dexterity, strength, and stamina. Fencing helps develop social skills, manners, and self-esteem.
