Waitlist Form: Only fill this form out if the week(s) you want are full. This does not guarantee a place in camp.
This camp combines traditional playground activities, indoor activities, and a wide variety of games and crafts to create summer memories. You can find the ECP information and FAQ Sheet at the bottom of this page.
There will be no camp on July 4th.
There will be NO refunds after June 6th.
Monday - Thursday: ECP will be held at Manoa Elementary School from 8am-3pm. Campers that are registered for aftercare (3-6:00pm) will take a bus to the Community Recreation & Environmental Center.
Fridays pick up and drop offs for ECP will be held at the Community Recreation and Environmental Center.
It is preferred by users to register on a desktop. Registration is open to residents only.

Save the dates:
- Parent Orientation: Thursday, June 5 at 7pm (details will be sent via email)
- Meet the Counselors: Saturday, June 21 from 11:30am-12:30pm at Manoa Elementary School
Refunds: There are NO refunds for ECP after June 6th.
All refunds have a $10 service fee attached unless the refund is due to injury. There is no fee if you are switching from one program to another.
