Description: IMPORTANT:
-CLASS WILL BE DIVIDED INTO FOUR 50 MINUTE SESSIONS WITH 6 PARTICIPANTS IN EACH SESSION
-START TIMES WILL BE 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, AND 7:00 PM
-YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CHOOSE YOUR 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd CHOICE TIMES (while we will make every attempt to accommodate these preferences you could be assigned any one of the four session times)

Strength training is a crucial component of maintaining good health for all ages. A couple of hours a week can significantly improve your quality of life and athletic performance. This class will educate you on safe and effective ways to increase your strength. We will show you how to use all different types of equipment, how to use proper form to get maximum benefit and how to create a program that will strengthen all the major muscle groups. We will create a program based on your individual goals and physical abilities and give you the tools for you to maintain a safe and effective weight training regimen throughout your life.
