Lower back, hip, inner thigh, abdominal and gluteal muscles will be the focus of this strength training class. These muscles have a huge impact on our quality of life and athletic performance. We will use body exercises, bands and stability balls to create a safe program that you can maintain throughout your life. You will also learn some balance exercises and some stretches.
