SharQui the Belly Dance Workout
Get ready to "Shake Your Beauty!"
Qetesh is a certified Sharqui instructor and will lead you through a belly dance based fitness routine that will get your body moving and your heart pumping. No previous dance experience is necessary!
Wear comfortable exercise clothing such as leggings, yoga pants, tank tops, or form fitting Tshirts. You do not need to bare your stomach. Hip scarves will be available for class use, or feel free to bring your own.

3. Love yourself
Individuals age 16 and up. Children age 8 and older may attend and participate with a supervising adult or guardian over the age of 21.
Instructor, Qetesh, took her first Middle Eastern Dance class in the spring of 2008 and quickly fell in love with the art form. She has studied with many teachers in the Quad-state area and attends workshops with internationally known instructors to acquire new skills. Her style is primarily Egyptian with a Turkish flair.
Class size: minimum, 4. Maximum, 25.
