Description

This class is 20 minutes of aerobic exercise, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of floor, core, and stretching exercises. An excellent combo for all workout needs, and great for both men and women. Fun for all and a no-judgment zone! Please bring hand weights, resistance tubing with handles, mat, towel, and water.
