Description
Join us for a weekend of fun and fantasy as we explore the world of magic and wizardry. We have lots of fun activities planned like making wands, quills, potions, divination, and so much more! All participants will receive a fun patch.
Included: Friday evening dessert (please eat before arrival or bring a sack dinner).
Meals Included: Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and multiple snack breaks. Sunday breakfast and morning snack. And of course we will be enjoying our own Butter Beer!
Sleeping Arrangements: We will be sleeping in cabins that have beds with a mattress. Participants will be asked to bring sleeping bags, pillows, and any other items they would like for comfort. We will prioritize having troops sleep together, smaller troops/groups will be grouped together in the same cabin.
New! Payment Plan Option: An initial payment of $12.50 is due at time of registration if you choose to move forward with a payment plan. This is recommended if you are applying for Financial Aid (see below). Payment in full will be due 30 days prior to the activity start date (3/5/2025).
Financial Assistance: Financial Aid is available to GSNorCal youth for this program by filling out and submitting the Financial Aid Application. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will need to register with a Payment Plan (see above) in order to secure your spot in the program. If this is a barrier and you cannot submit registration with a payment plan, please email us at registration@gsnorcal.org. Please note this may result in losing your secured space within the program.
Program Fee Includes: Overnight accommodations, meals, all needed materials, and a fun patch.
