Description: A perfect blend of movement and restoration. This class focuses on mindful alignment in a playful, supportive environment. In the first portion of the class, we’ll journey through foundational poses, using our breath to expand our strength and flexibility. The last portion of our time will be dedicated to restoring the body through various therapeutic postures that we will rest in for several breaths. Leave class feeling balanced, inspired, and connected. A great mid-week reset. (Note: This class is an all-levels class. Students should be moderately active and able to get up and down on their mats multiple times during class. Bring your yoga mat - other props provided by instructor.) Drop in class $15.
