Description: 

Adult Sk8 Night: This is a class with a free skate vibe for adults 18 and over to practice their skating. SK8 Night offers basic skate skills to those who need it and basic dance and cardio flow movement instruction as a class concentration. Sk8 Night is meant to encourage fun fitness, community and networking for South County rollers. Price includes instruction, skate maintenance if needed. Bladed or Quad skates ok. Rental skates available upon reservation on doomsdayskate.com.
