Q: How do I create an online account?
A: To establish an online account, go back to the Start page and click "Create Account". After submitting out the "New Account Request" form, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link provided in the email, and you will be ready to reserve a facility!
Q: Can I view the facilities calendar without logging in?
A: You can always view the calendars without logging in. From the Start page, click "Facilities". On the next page, click "Available Facilities" and then click on the type of facility you are interested in to view the availability calendars.
Q: What sports fields can I reserve?
A: There are many sports fields available for reservation. To view available facilities, go to the Start page and click Facilities. On the next page, click "Available Facilities" and click on the type of sports field you are interested in to see available facilities.
Q: What park shelters are available to reserve?
A: There are three shelters available to reserve: Coho Shelter at Main City Park, and Lakeview and Sunset Shelters at Red Sunset Park.
Q: How do I reserve a sports field?
A: Once you have created an account, login and click "Reservations" at the top of the page. Click the "Reservations" button and proceed with your reservation request. We will let you know within 48 hours if your request has been approved or denied.
Q: How do I reserve a picnic facility?
A: Once you have created an account, login and click "Reservations" at the top of the page. Click the "Reservations" button and proceed with your reservation. When you have finished with your reservation and payment, your transaction will be complete.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
A: From the Start page, click "Sign In". Under "Already have an Account?" click "Forgotten?". On the next screen, enter the email address you used to create the account, and we will send you a new password. Please DO NOT create another customer account.
Q: Can I view my transaction history and print out my past receipts online?
A: Yes - once you have logged in, your "Account Options" page allows you to "Get a List of Prior Transactions".
Q: How can I view a schedule of my upcoming facility reservations?
A: The "Account Options" page allows you to view a schedule of your upcoming reservations for any date range you specify.
Q: How do I add family members to My Account?
A: You may add family members on the "Account Options" page by clicking the link "Change information about family members/friends".
Q: Can I still reserve facilities in person?
A: Yes, you can still make reservations and payments at the City's Operations Center at 2123 SE Hogan Road.
