Description

Discover the art of dance as a profound form of expression through the inspiring aesthetic of Isadora Duncan, regarded as the "Mother of Modern Dance." Influenced by François Delsarte, Duncan developed a system of natural movements to convey deep emotion and respond intrinsically to music. Her approach nurtured creativity, imagination, and freedom in expression, forming the foundation for the modern dance movement.. In this workshop, we will explore Duncan’s principles as a way to express personal emotions and experiences while fostering a sense of community and connection. Join us in discovering the liberating power of movement.
