Description

FOREST THERAPY WALK

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (translated as “forest bathing”), Forest Therapy walks are designed to encourage us to slow down, focus on our senses, and experience the healing properties of forests and other natural areas. These are slow, gentle walks appropriate for almost any fitness level. We will meet at the Webster Rd entrance to the Gladstone Nature Park, rain or shine. There will be a light snack and you will receive more details by email before the walk. Instructed by Debbie Tuttle, BSN
