Description: This year's World Thinking Day theme focuses on the environment, world peace, and security. Join our friends at SCARCE as they teach you the 3R's; Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle! Through hands-on activities, recycled papermaking, and a tour of the SCARCE facility, Girl Scouts will complete a resource rescue project and learn more about reserving resources, rather than throwing them away. In addition, through this all-encompassing experience, Girl Scouts will understand how the environment, peace, and security are related and work together.
