Description: 

Spend time outdoors and enjoying the property while helping to improve and restore areas all around camp. Whether you have been to camp before or not this is a great opportunity to gather your friends, family, troop, or company to volunteer and work on a variety of service projects. Projects will vary and may include clearing trails, spreading woodchips, cleaning buildings or equipment, moving and stacking firewood, painting, building simple camp projects and more. Be prepared to work hard alongside the property team to make a positive difference at our camp for our entire camp and Girl Scout community.

Time commitment depends on what works best for you, please commit to being at camp for at least four hours to volunteer. You can choose to spend the whole weekend or the entire day (Saturday or Sunday) volunteering with an option to spend the night Friday through Sunday. We will confirm your availability about two weeks before the weekend.

This program is for families, troops, or individuals with adult chaperones.

This program does not include a patch or badge. Check out the GSGCNWI Shop for badges, patches, and other fun camp gear!

This program includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner Saturday; and breakfast Sunday.

This program will be sleeping in lodges.



Notes:
All participants planning to attend, including adults, need to register for this event. This is not a drop-off event and youth/troops must have an adult chaperone.
