Description: 

Girl Scouts recognizes generational and historical ties outdoor experiences may have on these communities, yet we want to provide a platform for those trailblazers willing to flex their resiliency, break free of molds, and create some of the best memories of their lives!

Participate in the L.O.L. Series - perfect for beginners or first-time campers.

Kick off the Life Outdoors is Lit Family Camp Series (L.O.L. Family Camp) by joining us out at Camp Butternut Springs for the day. Girl Scouts and their families will enjoy three hours of facilitated programming focused on preparing for the outdoors, gaining new skills, and having some outdoor winter fun. Finish the day with a lunch and some free time to explore our beautiful forested camp property.

This program is for Girl Scouts and their families who were invited to participate in the L.O.L. Family Camp Series. Participants in this series are encouraged to register and attend all seven events in this series.

This program does not include a patch or badge.

A sack lunch including a sandwich, piece of fruit, bag of chips, and drink will be provided.

This is a day only event and not an overnight program.

Notes:
All participants planning to attend, including adults, need to register for this event. This is not a drop-off event and youth must have an adult chaperone.
