Description: Join us for IKEA Spark Day 2022! Girls will have the opportunity to visit the state-of-the-art, 1.25 million square foot IKEA distribution center in Joliet, IL. Spend the morning taking an site tour, meeting a panel of the site's top management (75% female), and learn the basics of how a supply chain works with a few fun activities and games. Girls will receive a custom designed IKEA fun patch!
