Description: 

Step right up! Join us for our first ever GIRLapalooza Festival! Like every fun festival, we’ll eat tasty carnival-inspired food, play outdoor festival games, and create lots of colorful art, including tie-dye and make-your-own chalk.

You will learn about famous festivals that take place around the world and create your very own festival booth! The week will end with an art showcase and a virtual dance party.

This program will take place on Zoom as well as a secure community platform, information on how to access will be sent the Wednesday prior to the start of the event.

Summer Camp Revamp: A Virtual Camp Experience
July 6–August 14

This summer, the fun of connecting with others, exploring new things, and receiving snail mail combine to create a one-of-a-kind experience for girls! It’s camp, reimagined…it’s Summer Camp Revamp!

How it Works
Summer Camp Revamp offers six themed, weeklong sessions led by our council teams.

Each week, you’ll receive 10+ hours of fun-filled activities through online meetings, prerecorded video, and a printable activity packet for on-your-own exploration.

Plus, you will be invited to exclusive online meetings and content just for our camp friends!

Adults we didn’t forget about you! Presenting the Adult Summer Series. Every week we will have an exclusive event for adults only that are tied to that week’s theme. Speakers and presenters will be joining us to educate and entertain all our adult Girl Scouts.

Save your Tuesdays this summer for the Adult Summer Series and keep your eye out for registration to be posted in the future!

End the week by joining us every Friday for a community celebration! Open to everyone! Registration for Friday community celebrations will be posted separately but are free to join!
Weekly Activity Kit & Surprise Boxes

When you register for each week* you will have the option to purchase an activity kit for each week that includes
  • Supplies to enhance the activities for the week (these are an enhancement and not required to participate)

Supplies
When you register for a week of Summer Camp Revamp you'll receive an activity packet and supply list the Wednesday before your session begins.

Here are some common supplies needed for the whole summer:
  • scissors
  • crayons
  • washable markers
  • permanent marker (like a Sharpie)
  • glue sticks
  • clear tape (like Scotch brand)
  • pencils and pencil sharpener
  • pens
  • notebook
  • construction paper
  • ruler
If you don't have these don't worry! You can purchase a General Supply Kit for only $15 (shipping included) when registering for the program.

T-Shirt, Tie Dye Kit, and Patch
During registration, order a Summer Camp Revamp t-shirt with tie dye activity kit, and the Summer Camp Revamp patch!

Shipping and handling is included as part of the total cost for any items purchased as part of registration.
