Outdoor facility reservations are completed online. All reservations are to end no later than 9:45pm as parks close at 10:00pm. Reservations must be made a minimum of 4 calendar days prior to requested reservation date to allow time for document review and approval.
Documents required for organized activities with youth leagues/organizations/teams include:
Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Gilbert as an additional insured party.
Social distancing plan explaining how the league/organization/team is implementing the Arizona Department of Health Services’ health and safety guidelines.
Coach Verification Form to be submitted by the league/organization/team president.
Documents required for organized activities with adult leagues/organizations/teams include:

Indoor facility reservations are completed over the phone. Due to COVID-19, room capacities have reduced to allow for proper social distancing. Contact Gilbert Parks and Recreation staff at 480-503-6200 for availability and to book a room at one of our indoor facilities.
