Description

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to expand your practice, there's something here for everyone. Because of the suspension aspect, the TRX builds not only muscle strength but also confidence for some poses that tend to be difficult or induce fear. Just like traditional yoga props such as blocks or bolsters, the TRX trainer can be used to support and enhance certain poses.
