Description
Join the biggest event of the running season and help the Park District raise money for Scholarships! The star spangled run starts off on Lenox Road next to Lake Ellyn at 8am "sharp" on Saturday, July 4.
Awards are presented to the top two male and female finishers in each division at 9am at the park band shell. A Freedom Four tshirt is guaranteed to every pre-registered participant. Day-of-Race registrants will receive tshirts while supplies last.
Pre-registration deadline is Friday, June 26 at 9am. Pre-registered participants can pick up their race packets at Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center from June 29-July 3, 7 am-7 pm. Day-of-Race registration and packet pick up begins at 6 am and ends at 7:30 am.
