Galt Gators Recreational Swim Team

The Galt Gators Recreational Swim Team is meant for those who want to improve their swimming skills and participate in swim meets with other recreational swim teams during the swim season. The Galt Gators is a team sport that also works on individual improvement. Regular attendance at the scheduled practices is important for the improvement of the swimmer as well as the team. The Swim Team is not a replacement for Swim Lessons or Lap Swim.

To be a member of the swim team: Swimmers 8 years and younger need to be able to swim 25 yards unassisted by a coach (kickboards can be used) by the first day of practice. Swimmers 9 years and older need to be able to swim 50 yards unassisted by the first day of practice.

Practices begin on April 1. Late fees will be charged beginning April 16th. The last day to register for the team is May 31st.

4:00-5:00pm - 9-10 years old

5:00-5:45pm - 8 years and younger

5:45-7:00pm -11-18 years

No Practices 4/2, 4/9, 4/25, 5/26.

6:00-7:00am - Early Bird (9 years and older)

7:00-8:15am - 9-10 years old

8:15-9:45am - 11-15 years old

9:45-10:30am - 8 years and younger

No Practice on 6/19 or 7/4.
