We kick things up a notch in this challenging class using underground strength and conditioning methods. We will attack barbell, kettlebell, odd objects, heavy dumbbell and endurance training around the our new rig. Mental toughness is the only prerequisite. Every class is different and includes four training blocks: mobility, power, speed and endurance.
