Description: 

This fun program builds teamwork one dribble at a time! This league is a co-ed 6-week program that teaches basketball fundamentals while emphasizing skill development, character development and sportsmanship. Practices are one night a week and based on volunteer coach's schedule and gym availability in Bozeman and games take place in Bozeman (Wilson Gym) on Saturdays.


Due to COVID-19, we are limited to the size of our Winter Basketball league. Because of our limitations, we will only be able to have 2nd/3rd-grade teams and 4th/5th-grade teams at this time. There is also a possibility that teams in each age group will play each other twice. In order for us to provide this league under the county health and CDC guidelines, we will only allow players, coaches, YMCA staff, and referees in the gym during practices and games. However, we will be providing the parents/guardians of the players with access to watch their kids live from their smartphones, tablets or computers.
