Description
Enjoy the beautiful bold colors and bright lights as we make our own Diwali lanterns. Diwali, also known as the festival of lights, is an Indian festival celebrated by Hindus, Jains and Sikhs across the world to celebrate the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness and wisdom over ignorance. Any Diwali celebration is incomplete without decorating the house in various colors and lighting up lots of mini lamps (diyas) and lanterns. At this Crafternoon Tea you will create a colorful lantern using mason jars to light up your home.
Enjoy a warm cup of tea, coffee, or hot cocoa and light refreshments while getting crafty. We will break the ice with our "Spill the Tea" game and then make some wonderful themed crafts. Register with friends or come make new ones as you enjoy a morning of laughs and crafts.
