Description: Ages 6-Adult Saturdays from 12:00pm-1:00pm. This course serves as an introduction to the Ukulele instrument. Focus points will be strumming and rhythms, reading music and improvising.Registration is limited to a maximum of 10 students. . Please note, participants must pay and register in advance prior to sitting in on the class. Class fee: $40 per family. Instructed by Steve Vincent
Biography:Steve Vincent started playing drums/percussion at age 12, piano at age 17, and guitar and bass in his early twenties. He has played drums for Boots Randolph, Floyd Cramer, Donna Fargo, Stella Parton, Ronnie McDowell, Liberace, and Benny Goodman. He currently is in the staff band for the Ga Mtn Fair, and works as a musician for First Baptist Atlanta and Rehoboth Baptist. Steve currently teaches at the Galloway School in buckhead and for the West End Performing Arts Center. He is trained in Suzuki teaching as well as Kindermusik.
