No-Show Policy: In the event you cannot attend a Lifelong Learning Class for which you have registered, email the Instructor and FriscoLakesLLG@gmail.com informing of your absence. When we are not notified of no-shows, it impacts everyone - instructors, administration, and those on the waiting list. No-Shows for a course (without notification) may lead to the resident's change in status from "enrolled" to "waiting list," at the discretion of the Lifelong Learning Steering Committee, for the next semester.

Refund Policy: If you paid the $10 semester fee but are unable to enroll in any Lifelong Learning classes for the Spring 2025 Semester, you may request a refund before April 30, 2025 by sending an email to Communications@FriscoLakes.net.

Email Address Waiver: By registering for this class, you are agreeing to share your email address with the Class Instructor and Point of Contact (if applicable). Instructors/POCs will email you with class reminders, handouts, presentations, etc. This email address will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for communication within this class.

Liability Waiver: Residents filled out an Informed Consent, Release and Waiver Agreement along with the Homeowner forms. This form applies to all Lifelong Learning classes at all amenity centers.
