Are you a new student? All new students with prior knowledge of French are REQUIRED to submit a placement test. You can find the test at this link: http://frenchculturalcenter.org/placement-tests/.

Refunds are not issued except in the case of class cancellation by the Education Department due to low enrollment (minimum enrollment is three students per class for a core language class and three students per class for a specialized or conversation class). If a class closes due to low enrollment, our administrator will contact you two days prior to the first course to offer several options. No course changes will be permitted after the first full week of classes.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Education Department up to two days before classes begin to receive a refund. A $15 administrative fee will be deducted for all cancellations. Please note that refunds may be delayed during the pandemic. A tuition credit may be issued for withdrawals requested before the end of the second week of classes, for a maximum of 75% of tuition paid minus elapsed classes. Membership, registration fees, and materials are nonrefundable. No credits, discounts or refunds for missed classes.
