Program Cancellations
See your instructor on the first day of your program for a schedule. The division may cancel a program for any reasonable cause.

Program Cancellation Line
During inclement weather, programs may be cancelled. If you are not sure whether a program will be held, for any reason, please call our Program Cancellation Line at 301-600-6291.

Missed Classes
Every effort will be made to make up for missed classes. Refunds will not be granted for rescheduled classes that are missed due to conflicts with personal schedules.

Program Refunds
Our refund policy encourages early decisions, so as to not affect other customers or our ability to deliver efficient programs. All requests for refunds must be made at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program. A 20% administrative fee will be charged per refund transaction. Registrations that require advanced tickets are not refundable. Refunds for Sports League registrations must be made prior to the listed league registration deadline. There are no refunds for missed sessions.

Program Credits & Transfers
To avoid the administrative fee, a customer may transfer into another program with no additional fee. A credit may also be kept on the customer account at no additional charge. Requests for both credits and transfers can only be made 5 or more business days prior to the program start date. There are no refunds of credits.

Discipline Policy
The Division has a discipline policy for program participants. In the event the participant is asked to leave a program/facility, no refund will be issued.
